Ingredients
Red Radish, grated 2 cupsBlack Radish, grated 1 cup
Black Radish, grated 1 cup
White Radish, grated 1 cup
Apple peeled and grated 1 cup
Basil leaves, chopped ¼ cup
Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Vinegar (Apple cider) 1 cup
Sesame seed, ground 1 teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Direction
- Mix radishes, cucumber and apples in a bowl
- Add sesame oil and vinegar
- Press the bowl of salad with pressure and keep it for 25 minutes
- Remove the plate and 1/3 of the liquid
- Transfer the salad to a salad dish.
- Dress with chopped basil and ground sesame seed
