Here’s a lovely recipe that will help you detoxify your blood.  It is live with all the digestive enzymes.  It will also add as an appetizer for your meal and a diuretic effect on your health.

Ingredients

Red Radish, grated                             2 cupsBlack Radish, grated                           1 cup

Black Radish, grated                           1 cup

White Radish, grated                          1 cup

Apple peeled and grated                   1 cup

Basil leaves, chopped                        ¼ cup

Sesame oil                                            1 teaspoon

Vinegar (Apple cider)                        1 cup

Sesame seed, ground                        1 teaspoon

Apple cider vinegar                           ¼ cup

Salt to taste

Direction

  1. Mix radishes, cucumber and apples in a bowl
  2. Add sesame oil and vinegar
  3. Press the bowl of salad with pressure and keep it for 25 minutes
  4. Remove the plate and 1/3 of the liquid
  5. Transfer the salad to a salad dish.
  6. Dress with chopped basil and ground sesame seed
